Terms of Service

• All prices are listed in USD and charged at checkout via Stripe.
• Once an order is placed it is accepted and cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before paying.
• We may cancel and refund an order on our end if an item is out of stock, the address can't be served, or we suspect fraud.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you provide.

• Standard shipping takes about 5 business days within the U.S.
• Free local delivery is available within 30 miles of Detroit, MI, also within about 5 business days.
• Once a package leaves us, the carrier is responsible for delivery times. We'll always share a tracking number.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your selection and shipping address carefully before checking out.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@lmavenue.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll make it right.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Don't try to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the site. Don't use it to do anything illegal or to interfere with other shoppers.

All branding, designs, photos, and copy on lmavenue.com belong to Little Mack Avenue. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
